BlendCue

Terms of use

Last updated October 25, 2026

These terms cover your use of BlendCue, the Mac app, and your purchase of a BlendCue licence. By installing or buying BlendCue you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@blendcue.com.

Who you're dealing with

BlendCue is made by an independent developer based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's own terms also apply to your payment.

Free trial

BlendCue includes a free 7-day trial with every feature. After it ends, you need a licence to keep using the app.

Your licence

What you may not do

Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute BlendCue, or try to get around its licence checks, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.

Serato and your music

BlendCue is an independent app and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Serato. It reads your Serato library and play history and never changes your music files. The only thing it writes to Serato is a crate you choose to save. A Serato update can change how its library works, which may limit some features until BlendCue is updated.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy.

No warranty

BlendCue is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or work with every Mac, controller or Serato version. Always keep a way to pick tracks without BlendCue during a performance.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to BlendCue is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or income.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don't take away the licence you already bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This doesn't remove any consumer rights you have where you live.
