Refund policy

Every BlendCue licence comes with a 7-day free trial before you buy, plus a 7-day refund window after you buy.

Asking for a refund

Email support@blendcue.com within 7 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy or with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

• You'll get the full purchase price back, to the original payment method.
• Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, and can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
• We disable the licence key once the refund is processed, and BlendCue stops working on your Macs at its next licence check.

After 7 days

Refunds after 7 days are at our discretion. If BlendCue doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it, write to us anyway.

Please ask us first

If something's wrong, email us before disputing the charge with your bank. A refund is quicker for you, and disputes add fees for us.
